BeyondLocal does not guarantee replies, meetings, sales, revenue, deliverability, or any other particular outcome. Outreach performance can depend on factors outside our control.

4. Responsibilities

The client is responsible for reviewing its offer, deciding target markets, approving campaign materials, handling replies, and providing lawful instructions and data. Both parties should handle opt-outs and outreach in accordance with applicable law.

5. After the pilot

6. Additional terms
